No Demo or Trial Classes

At Global Course, we do not provide demo or trial sessions. Only genuinely interested students should reach out. While candidates are welcome to meet our trainers and learn about the program structure, we do not offer any form of sample classes.

Enrollment Validity

• For students enrolling in courses such as GMAT, SAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, etc., registration is valid for up to four months. During this time, students may attend unlimited sessions and doubt-clearing classes. After the four-month period, re-registration is necessary to continue.
• For those availing of Admission and Visa Counselling services, the validity extends up to one year.

Enrollment and Admission Criteria

• Admission is subject to seat availability and the applicant's eligibility
• Students and parents must provide accurate and complete information.
• Global Course reserves the right to refuse or cancel any enrollment.

Fees and Payment Policies

• All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The full fee must be paid by the given deadline/s; delays may incur penalties.
• Non-payment within the deadline may result in cancellation of the enrollment.

Attendance and Engagement

• Consistent attendance and active class participation are essential.
• Missing more than two sessions consecutively without prior approval may lead to termination.
• Students must inform faculty at least two days in advance if they are unable to attend a session.

Code of Conduct

• All students must treat staff, fellow students, and institute property with respect.
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or damage to property will attract disciplinary action, which may include termination.

Intellectual Property

• Study materials are the intellectual property of Global Course.
• Reproduction or distribution of materials without permission is prohibited.

Use of Study Materials

• All course content is the proprietary material of Global Course.
• Copying, sharing, or reproducing materials without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• The terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
• Disputes will be resolved in Mumbai jurisdiction.

Data Privacy

• Personal information is collected solely for academic and administrative purposes.
• Adequate measures are taken to protect this information

Legal Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
• Any legal matters shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
