No 'Demo Lectures' or 'Trial Classes'

• We, at Global Course, are against the concept of providing 'Demo Lectures'. Hence, only serious students need to contact. The candidates are invited to meet our Trainers and understand the whole process, but we do not offer any 'Demo Lectures' or ‘Trial Classes’.

Validity of Enrollment

• Once a student enrols with us for any of the courses, viz GMAT, SAT, GRE, IELTS or TOEFL, the registration is valid for a period of four months. During this period, the student is free to attend unlimited classes and doubt solving sessions, but at the expiry of the validity period, the student shall be required to register again to avail of our services.
• The candidates who have joined Global Course for Admission and Visa Counselling, they will be able to avail of our services for a maximum period of one year.

Enrollment and Admission

• Admission depends on seat availability and eligibility.
• Accurate information must be provided by students and parents.
• Global Course can reject or cancel enrollments.

Fees and Payment Terms

• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Full payment is due by the specified date; late fees may apply.
• Failure to pay in time may lead to termination of enrollment.

Attendance and Participation

• Regular attendance and active participation are mandatory.
• More than two consecutive unapproved absences may result in termination.
• If a student is unable to attend a particular session, s/ he is required to inform the faculty minimum two days in advance.

Code of Conduct

• Respect for staff, peers, and facilities is required.
• Misbehavior, harassment, or property damage can lead to disciplinary action or termination.

Intellectual Property

• Study materials are the intellectual property of Global Course.
• Reproduction or distribution of materials without permission is prohibited.

Personal Data Protection

• Personal data is collected for administrative and academic purposes.
• Data protection measures are implemented to safeguard information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• The terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
• Disputes will be resolved in Mumbai jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Global Course can modify these terms without prior notice.
